I've had the privilege of dedicating the last 13 years to Crystal Dental Clinic, building on a remarkable 25-year journey in the dental field. I began as a dental assistant and have reveled in every aspect of dentistry. My true passion lies in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere at our office, along with empowering our patients through education on their dental health. Beyond dentistry, my husband and I reside on a farm near Lanesboro, where we've raised three remarkable sons. Recently, we welcomed our first grandson, Cy, into the family. In my free time, you'll often find me reading a good book, spending time with my loved ones, and even engaging in the exciting world of dance— I successfully persuaded my husband of 28 years to embark on Tango lessons with me!
Hello or សួស្តី! My name is Sarun Rhodes, and I am a dental assistant with a degree from Rochester Community and Technical College since 2004. Outside of the office, I'm a family-oriented culinary enthusiast who loves to travel and garden. What excites me most about my role at Crystal Dental Clinic is the ability to meet people from all walks of life and help them understand the importance of oral care.
Koryne grew up in SE Minnesota and has worked as a Dental Assistant for many years. She is a warm and caring individual, always with a smile and with a generous disposition. Koryne graduated from the Dental Hygiene School at Rochester Community Technical College. She has received several outstanding clinical performance letters and notes from her patients. Koryne comes with a wealth of clinical experience and we are very fortunate to have her on our staff. In her spare time, Koryne enjoys her time with her beautiful family and helps on the family farm. We look forward to the bumper grape harvest every year.
A seasoned Dental Assistant with a seven-year track record, Victoria is a vital part of the Crystal Dental Clinic family. She combines technical expertise with a natural talent for patient comfort, bridging communication gaps as a fluent bilingual provider in English and Spanish. While she is currently a cornerstone of our clinical team, Victoria is also working toward her long-term vision of becoming a dentist. Off-duty, this Texas native finds balance through family time and DIY creativity with her Cricut.
Hi, I’m Rachel! I joined the Crystal Dental Clinic team in 2024 after graduating from Rochester Community and Technical College. Growing up on a farm in a small town, I learned early on the value of hard work and looking out for your neighbors—values I bring to every patient I meet.
While I’m passionate about the technical side of oral health, my favorite part of the job is building genuine relationships. I want every person in my chair to feel like family. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book or catching up with my favorite people. I’m so proud to be part of such a welcoming office and can’t wait to help you smile!
